All Puzzly purchases are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked service. Delivery is usually between 2-3 business days, including Saturday deliveries. Deliveries must be signed for to ensure that you have safely received your Puzzly purchases.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout time and the estimated delivery date is also shown.
The Puzzly Team are always looking to craft quality products. If you are in the slightest not happy with your purchase please contact us to either replace or refund your purchase. In return we need to ensure that the purchase is unused and in its original state and packaging.
