A Puzzly is no ordinary jigsaw puzzle. It is lovingly designed to incorporate traditional puzzle pieces and themed whimsical pieces that enhance the pleasure of completing the puzzle.

We source our Puzzly images from a range of museums, art galleries and individual artists. Each Puzzly must be able to tell its own story both with the image and the whimsical pieces found in the puzzle.

As a family business we do everything ourselves: designing the puzzle, print and cut the puzzle and boxing it. Everything is hand-crafted by us (except for the cotton bag - as we aren't very good at sewing!).

All puzzles are designed, cut and boxed in Britain.

 

Designing a whimsical puzzle piece

Each puzzly whimsical piece is hand drawn and matched to the image's theme.

Some of our more intricate whimsical pieces have multiple pieces that fit together to form a larger whimsical. We like to refer to these as a puzzly within a puzzly!

Our wood comes from FSC certified forests, our cardboard for the boxes are 100% recycled. The cotton bags are non-bleached and our printing inks are water based.

We also recycle and repurpose our waste materials where possible by creating other products such as Christmas tree decorations from our wood off-cuts. When a puzzly does not pass our strict quality control we will donate it to a hospice or a hospital charity.

Each puzzly has been created with the ultimate sustainable objective in mind - a product that will be handed on to future generations.
