Designing a whimsical puzzle piece

Each puzzly whimsical piece is hand drawn and matched to the image's theme.

Some of our more intricate whimsical pieces have multiple pieces that fit together to form a larger whimsical. We like to refer to these as a puzzly within a puzzly!

Quality Puzzles with a hand-crafted finish

    Our puzzle and packaging artwork is printed using water-based inks to ensure they are crisp in detail, vibrant in colour and environmentally friendly.

    We use a tactile laminate to reduce glare and increase the 'feel' of the puzzle - this sets us apart from direct to wood printing which has a high glare rating.

    Using the same printing process for the artwork and the packaging means that what you see on the box is what you see on the puzzle!

    We use high quality traceable MDF wood to ensure the puzzles are safe, of a high quality and sustainable.

    Our laser cutters are tuned to produce fine quality puzzle cuts time after time.

    Each puzzle is inspected after it has been cut. Any defects will mean the puzzle is rejected.

    Each puzzle is packed into a hand silk-screened and unbleached cotton bag.

    Each box is hand crafted which means we can make unlimited variations in box colour and print run.

    We produce one-offs for VIPs as well as small batch runs for artists.
