Meet the team
We are a family run business that makes fun and exciting wooden jigsaw puzzles.
We started in 2021 with 6 small Christmas puzzles. We now sell over 100 different puzzles.

All our puzzles are lovingly crafted in our Surrey studio.
We design the puzzle templates, laser cut the puzzles and hand make the puzzle boxes. We love seeing our puzzles go all over the world.

Our aim is to bring a smile to everyone who does a Puzzly.
A great activity to bring families together and share in the fun, as well as a lovely opportunity to have some quiet time while doing a puzzly on your own.

Attending face-to-face events is a big part of the Puzzly ethos. We love to talk about puzzles, what inspires others to enjoy puzzles and how we could do better.

World-wide delivery, World-wide listening
We ship to a global audience and getting feedback is very important to us. We only use tracked shipments so our customers know when their puzzles will be delivered and on the rare occasion when it may go astray, we can quickly react and make another arrangement.
Our online feedback tools such as online reviews provide us with a great level of understanding and belonging to online social puzzle groups gives us many ideas as to what we should be doing next.
Supporting our community
We believe that the Puzzly adventure is not just about us but about everyone who is involved in what we do - from the local artists we collaborate with, our loyal customers give us great encouragement and though the local puzzle groups and community charities we support.
Getting the balance right is key and as a collective group we know that the Puzzly adventure will continue to be exciting and fun.

Beautiful item and speedy delivery
Arrived quickly, well packaged and exactly as described. I haven't started it, but the pieces look well made and I love the unusual shape of them - it seems perfect for someone who likes a more challenging jigsaw puzzle.
